We have been going to Maita since 2008; we have had a grand total of (4) four Service Advisors during that entire time. Over time, two have retired and one has been promoted. That is huge news since it shows Maita is a company that hires great people who make their careers there. Happy employees take great care of their customers toooooo!!!!! Norbert Santos is our Advisor now. He is perfect and he is the main reason we are now waiting for our brand new 2025 Highlander Platinum Hybrid to arrive. We know how much love he has already shown to our other vehicles; he will take great care of our new one also. More
