Consistently disappointed with this dealership. I bought a brand new car in August. The only reason I have two stars is Joe was easy and pleasant to work with. The female that showed me how to use the tech on my car was in a hurry and did not do a great job. I still don’t understand many aspects of my car. She also answered a personal call while sitting in the car with me. Super unprofessional. She “scheduled” my first service but when I called, the service dept had no record. The service dept was subpar. I pulled in first. Four cars pulled in after me. The helped the two cars next to me and the one behind me first. BEFORE even asking why I was there. When my rude service rep came up I asked why we were being helped out of order. She said maybe they are here for oil changes? Um okay… but nobody has even asked why I am here, how do you know I am not also here FIRST for an oil change? Her customer service was nonexistent. When I asked what all they were doing she said checking fluids and rotating my tires. So stupid. My car has 1600 miles so that’s a waste of time. My tires were not rotated, I don’t know if the fluids were topped off. The original girl that set up the appointment said that I was bringing in my car to make sure that everything was running perfectly. Absolutely not the case. Then I get a call to schedule my appointment, that I was just at the day before. I told her I had just been there and frankly I was irritated about my experience. She told me a service manager would reach out. It’s been over a month and nobody has called, I wouldn’t want to make that call either buddy. I will be paying off this car by the end of the year and buying another brand new Toyota for my son AT A DIFFERENT TOYOTA DEALERSHIP. After being harassed since August when I purchased my car for a review, here you go, I hope you enjoy my awesome review. More
