buying new car Maita sale cars exactly the price of Toyota advertisement. But I have trouble with adding more things of Finance manager. When buying car I alway mention about Corolla $18,600 with 0% APR as Toyota Advertised for my daughter go to school .After adding some more options that they explained not exact what we discussed . I signed a paper for buying a Corolla Sedan $ 28,000. I was very upset about it . I complained to Maita . Maita Toyota has maintained all of our vehicles for many years which is the reason we returned for our current purchase. I was very happy with the sales person we worked with this time. Eric Pederson was very helpful & patient in helping us to select our Avalon. We drove & compared several cars. Eric spent a lot of time answering our questions & was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He also spent time reviewing the inventory of cars available for our selection. After our decision for a car he was willing to work with us on pricing & additional features. I would encourage anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle at Maita to connect with Eric for excellent customer service. More

Service was great- clear explanation services 4th door lock failed and service replaced it. This experience with the locks has been strange to say the least - Very frustrating that all 4 door lo 4th door lock failed and service replaced it. This experience with the locks has been strange to say the least - Very frustrating that all 4 door locks have required replacing (!!!!) on this Highlander. Not sure if this is a relatively common problem for these vehicles or not. It sure has been on mine! More

The car buying experience was from the 1970s or 80s. It took 5 1/2 hours to buy a car that we had already picked out. We expressed repeatedly two or three things that we wanted on our car but all we wer It took 5 1/2 hours to buy a car that we had already picked out. We expressed repeatedly two or three things that we wanted on our car but all we were offered were packages that had nothing to do with what we wanted. The person that we sat with the most, Tara, was very kind and accommodating. However, the whole process was exactly like it was only about a car in the 80s - long, arduous, and stressful. The next time we will go through our credit union and have a car delivered to us. If you really want someone to buy a maintenance package you should give them the information so they can sit and look at it during the 5 1/2 hours it takes to “get the financing arranged“. More
rear brake job i dropped my car off at 0810 with tim - he called me at 1000 and said it would be done by noon at the latest - I returned my rental and planned on wai i dropped my car off at 0810 with tim - he called me at 1000 and said it would be done by noon at the latest - I returned my rental and planned on waiting at the dealer - by 1 pm still no car -i called and was told tim was at lunch - it was a little after 1 pm - so I said he should be back by now - the lady told me he got an hour and could I just look to see if he was at his dest - I told her no one was there and I had a 2 pm appt - she checked it out and told me tim went home sick - I ended up having to rent the car again and returned at 3 pm and still no car - no one could tell me what the hold up was - so I had to get the rental again and go home and finally my car was done by 5 pm - very stressful - ended up getting rental car for free but very unsatisfactory experience and felt like the women on the phone was rude and uninformed -someone should have told me tim went home sick and that I had another service advisor - also I had the oil changed the day before and did not get a new sticker elling me when my next oil change is due More
