Paid hundreds of dollars for nothing. Brought my car in for a service appointment and ended up getting charged $300 for an oil change. These people don’t care about and will never put you as their priority. In their $250 inspection they didn’t even notice I had a taillight out, don’t ever take your car here. You’re better of figuring out how to do whatever it is yourself. What a disappointment. More

Best experience at a dealership...EVER!!!! I recently brought in my 2018 Toyota Corolla for it's first service. I had numerous nightmarish experiences with the last dealership I dealt with. It was so bad that it left a sour taste in my mouth when it came to dealerships. THANK YOU Maita Toyota for showing me what real customer service looks like. From the second I pulled up to the service bay to the moment I paid for my services, your staff made me feel like a human and not just a paycheck. Karina was my service adviser , and let me tell you, she is was amazing. She called me several times to give me an update on my vehicle and was very helpful in answering my millions of questions. She is an asset to your company and exemplifies the very essence of customer service. More
Recommended Maintenance , additional parts installed. Overall great service, one issue encountered after service was that the dashboard message for Maintenance Soon was not reset. Val Valdez assisted on pickup, also very efficient. I thought the price was a bit high to check and unhook my car alarm ($148.00), but Maita has been very good to me, and I like the great service. However, the very next day a woman from Maita called and wanted to get my car scheduled for a recheck on a campaign repair. I wish they would have found this the day before and I could have had it all done. I do have to commend Maita on the service advisors though. They are efficient, well trained and always anticipate my needs. More
Misled; bait and switch ; pressured While the staff people were nice, I have some issues with what I was told and the length of time the process took. I thought the days of the high pre While the staff people were nice, I have some issues with what I was told and the length of time the process took. I thought the days of the high pressured car buying experience were over. NO! To be fair, staff have met with me and have been patient in listening to, and addressing some, of my concerns. 1. Original sales guy told me car had premium sound system, which got me on the door. He was wrong. 2. Internet sales manager who negotiated the price told me I had to buy two add-ones, that the dealership required it. He was wrong. Now, he did finagle some $$ off, through coupons, to pay for it. But I did not want them (an additional alarm system and an anti-theft program). 3. I was told I was getting the loan through my credit union. Wrong. They switched it to a much higher interest rate and longer term through Toyota,s finance company. I learned this at the last minute as I was signing documents. 4. The finance guys rushed me through the signing process and did not go through the contract line by line. He completely forgot one fairly important piece of paper. 5. This finance guy did the hard sell on me re buying additional maintenance cover age which I did not want. He told me a much lower price...so I agreed...but on the contract it was a much higher price. I’ve been able to resolve a couple of these issues, which is good. But the overall experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. More
