AWFUL SERVICE Let me start out by saying, this used to be the dealership I recommended to anyone in the market to get a car. I had sent several people in. However, Let me start out by saying, this used to be the dealership I recommended to anyone in the market to get a car. I had sent several people in. However, that ended in July. The dealership called me to inform me of a recall on my truck. We scheduled an appointment. I dropped my car off early on Monday morning and was kindly given a rental car. I was told that the repair would only take 4-6 hours after which they would call me and that I could pick my truck up by the end of the day. The day goes by and I hear nothing, which I understand as maybe they got busy and it took a little longer than expected. So I call the next day to get an update. The person at the service department could not tell me a single thing about my truck. I asked for an estimated time of completion or any information. She told me she didn't know, nothing more. I ask then if it is possible to talk to my service advisor. She tells me he will call me later, which never happened. Two more days go by and I have yet to hear a thing. Thursday I call again to get more information. Once again, I am given absolutely no information. I ask again for the service advisor to call me and, once again, he does not. Two more days go by and I am finally informed that my truck is completed and they can give me no reason why a 4-6 hour job took nearly a week. Once I arrive, the dismal service continues. The dealership lost my keys and could not find them for about 30 minutes. Then when they were supposed to bring my truck around, surprise, they forgot. Also, the $100 visa gift card that Toyota had promised with the recall was lost. I was told they would call in me a week so I could pick up the gift card.. Still have yet to hear back. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone again. More
Lease I am very disappointed to see that the quality of Toyota Corolla is not as it was before. For years I had a 2000 Corolla and it was perfect. Now this new one, just after a few weeks, has a lot of extra noise due to bad assembly. The noise is very annoying while you drive a new car. More

They were very responsive, processed my appointment, quoted very competitive rate compared to other dealership. I I came to Maita because other dealership made me upset by not even trying to retain me (I bought my first Camry in 2001 from this dealership and been regular customer for service for years). Maita service Rep was excellent, heard me, looked at my concerns and addressed them professionally. They also found one issue with one of the lights (used by remote key) and got my approval to fix it. I really liked that. I am not sure how long it has been not working but they checked and got back to me. It gave me confidence that they actually performed multi-point inspection. More
