New computer system had me waiting to check in for over 40 minutes. Then I received a text to replace air filters but since I did not see or know they did not do it and I after I approved via text because 40 minutes. I was told that I have an appointment at 1 pm to service (a wheel alignment) my truck, and I expect the service to be completed within a reasonable amount of time. When I asked the man at the front desk on (a wheel alignment) my truck, and I expect the service to be completed within a reasonable amount of time. When I asked the man at the front desk on how long is the service going to take, he told me that my truck wouldn’t be finished and ready until 4:30 pm. At that point I refused the service because I had another appointment at 4 pm that I had to attend, so it didn’t work out. A wheel alignment doesn’t take 3 and a half hours to complete. More
