We have a lemon We purchased a new 2019 toyota camry from maita. One week out we were rear ended in a parking lot. Maita Totyota Collison down the street performed the repairs. After getting the car back we had to take it back in twice more because the blind spot/RCTA stopped working. Come to find out our adjuster reccommneded and paid the collision center for a new system but they tried to pull a fast one and only recalibrated it. Hence why we had to take it back in twice. So they finally installed a new system. We also had to get our passenger seat tightened because it squeaked. A couple weeks later we hit a nail and get a flat. Took it into maita toyota and they said they couldnt repair it and that we need a new tire, which is not covered under warrantee. I tried to explain our bad experiences with this car to the sales rep but he didn't really seem to care. Asked about any discounts or anything they could do to help us, and they weren't willing to help us. Charged us full price for a new tire. A lot of this is out of their control, but was hoping they'd be willing to give us a discount or something to help us out and make us feel better about our situation. Unfortuanlety they didnt care. First time buying a toyota and probably the last. More

My one complaint is that the tires (even with the discount) are more expensive at Toyota than at tire places in town, so I ended up going elsewhere to get tires. Other than that, Bryce was very helpful and knowledgeable. More

From when I drive in, the lot porters are always very welcoming, making sure I have everything I need and offering help, to the service advisor that makes sure I fully understand what is being done to my vehicle and explain what my vehicle needs to keep it going without adding any unnecessary services. Both of them took the time to explain everything within their respective scopes and made sure to answer in detail any questions that came up, clarifying any confusion we had. There was, however, a lot of wasted time filling out preliminary paperwork just to begin to talk about a deal (apparently to ensure we were “serious buyers”). None of the other dealerships we had visited had required such paperwork to be filled out. We had also asked to come back the next day to finish up signatures, since it had been a long day and had gone late into the evening, but we received empty threats from Mel about selling the car, if we chose to do so.
