Nice the surface. I got strung along for what was going to be a 1 hour appointment turned into 6…for an oil change! Every hour I’d check and it was almost done…5 hours later. I had 3 young kids with me, including a baby needing milk. I eventually left and they were still finishing up…yes, the oil change. Heartless, incompetent . Super calm customer service masterfully deceptive and even keel for this, and amazing bad, slow, uncoordinated, flat out lying service staff. I tried to save money with the free oil changes, but it was xxxx each time, plan on tripling whatever time estimates they give you. Don’t stay. Demand a rental car. Once the free oil ran up, I would come near it. I still get angry just thinking about it or driving past it. Toyota makes good cars, but dealers are wretches. More

Very well organized, clean & comfortable waiting area plus great snack bar. Got my car much more quickly than I expected with no work needed or extra charges. The service advisor was very accommodating and precise. Although, before the day we went to have my car serviced, another service advisor quoted me $657 for installation of my step bars/running boards. I feel it costs too much for a general service. Also, I wanted them to just glance at something, and they tried to charge me for it. I think you should have more incentives.
