Arrived at 5:20 to pick up car. Our rep was not at his desk so they’d let him know we were there. Finally the assumed closer came along, asked who we were waiting for, said he was gone so he’d check us out. 30 minutes of waiting. CHANGE your process so someone else can check us out! More

Johnathan was kind wanting to sell me a car that was listed for 29,000. However, all of a sudden it went up to 35,000 as I came in and sat down and was talking to him.. then the manager Scott sent a big listed for 29,000. However, all of a sudden it went up to 35,000 as I came in and sat down and was talking to him.. then the manager Scott sent a big Barma bull named Sonny over to intimidate me and terrify me and tell me we’re not selling it no less than $34,000 very mean people I would never buy from them again ever I give them the worst rating I can think of.
