James was helpful but didn't mention they would be doing 5 other things to my car besides what I asked for...All I needed was a tire rotation, an oil change and the splash shield repaired...I was very clear 5 other things to my car besides what I asked for...All I needed was a tire rotation, an oil change and the splash shield repaired...I was very clear about all of those things...After 2 and a half hours of waiting, a gal came up and told me that they were unable to test the battery, as there is no barcode on it...My car is on the newer side and I've never replaced the battery, so of course it has the barcode...Popped open the hood after I got home and there it was...She also said that they could not rotate my tires due to low tire thread, which is understandable...but then...she handed me 4 different pieces of paper with different kinds of tires and asked which ones I wanted to put on the car today...uh NONE lady!!! My car is only 3 years old...When I went to pay it was $108...$20 for the oil, $36 for labor, and $3 - $5 for each of the tedious things they did to my car. Gotta love it! More
