Took Truck for 60k mile service. When service advisor called to tell me the truck was ready I asked him if there were any issues or items that needed immediate attention. . He said nothing was noted and called to tell me the truck was ready I asked him if there were any issues or items that needed immediate attention. . He said nothing was noted and no other repairs needed. When I picked my truck up and read the service report it was clearly noted in the inspection notes the back brakes needed to be replaced. Advisor said nothing about this. More

I wish there is zero star but will not allow me. Do not go to this place to service you Toyota. Horrible place, unprofessional, and stingy. They do not care about customers. Went in today fir an OIL CHANGE For my sienna with an APPOINTMENT at 11;00 AM, the car was check in at 10:59 AM. With appointment for oil change and they finished at 3:45 PM. They person who checked in Angel Cruz asked me if I want to wait and I said ok thinking oil change would take an hour or so. Dragged for ever, then they called me to say engine oil filter needs replacement and if you want it to be changed it will be another 35 min and I said get me out I do not want to wait any longer. He said 15 minutes will be done and it took one hour after I had to go and check again. I went to Angel exclaiming why an oil change would take almost 4 hrs and he said that is a good question! Another guy came and took me to his desk and I paid for service. It is amazing that it seems that they just left it in and did not care to send it out for customer to pick up and he wrote on the paper I will be waiting, no communication. Rookie style treatment. Went to the manager to let him know that this is ridiculous to spend 4 hours for oil change a d he only offered an apology and he said “that what happens when some technician call in sick or did not show up to work on a Friday!! Fantastic, customer has to swallow it . No offer even to waive charges!! No explanation as to why this negligence!! No admittance of wrong doing or mishandling. What is amazing is that when I checked and they knew of mishandling the care was out in ten minutes!! If you want to waste your time and deal with unprofessional people who do not care for their customers go there. What is the point for making appointments? If you like to deal with people who know nothing about courtesy and lack communication skills like mr Cruz then go there. I have been customer to that business since 2000. It has never been this bad. I think we are done. If there is anything less than zero star I would give. More
I took my vehicle in for the first prescheduled Toyota Care service which included having the fluids checked and rotating the tires. At that point he did inquire about the vehicle and helped to speed up the process of getting the job completed. More

I had to get a shield installed for my Prius. Staff kept me informed all through process from parts ordering to completion. Quick service, about 90 minutes total.
