Maita Toyota never does what they promise. Oh, they give you lip service and nod their heads up and down and say "Yes...I'll make sure they check that for you", but they never do, in my experience. You get you lip service and nod their heads up and down and say "Yes...I'll make sure they check that for you", but they never do, in my experience. You get the impression that they try to save every penny they can and cut every corner possible. Once they've sold the vehicle and you drive off the lot, you're going to have a challenging time to get anyone to answer a question or perform a task, no matter how small, and from whoever you ask...from the service department to the parts counter. The employees are lazy so I can only conclude they don't like their job very much. I have often extended the invitation to Nick Marquardt - nmarquardt at maitatoyota.com - Sales Manager, Tyler Salada - tsalada at maitatoyota.com, etc., to have a polite conversation about my Sales Experience and Service Experiences with Maita Toyota but I've heard nothing but crickets. They clearly and simply do not care about customer service based on my experiences. If and/or when I need my Toyota serviced for an actual repair...rest assured I won't go back to Maita Toyota and I go out of my way to tell all friends, co-workers and even casual acquaintances to avoid Maita Toyota as well. More
