worst dealer I ever saw bring my car to Madison Honda several times for regular services, they successfully damaged my oil pan drain thread, and tried to charge me $800 for a bring my car to Madison Honda several times for regular services, they successfully damaged my oil pan drain thread, and tried to charge me $800 for a new oil pan, They blamed the previous technician for the damages. But they had serviced the car for several times consecutivelyl, and no one touched the oil pan since then. how can you blame other for the damage? after they caused the problem and tried to hide the truth by completely removing the thread and did a temporary seal on the drain without telling me and getting my authorization. they used power tool to carelessly over-tighten the drain screw and cause the damage, then ask the customer to pay for the damage caused by them, really disgusting More
