Kyle becker is the guy you want to work with. Gave us his full attention educated us about the car and gave us enough time to discuss over it. No rush. Not many sales people are like that. The next day a s Last fall I purchased a 2020 Honda Civic through Madison Honda. I used an online price aggregator to get a price quote on a Friday. The next day a salesman reached out to me. I was in that afternoon, still on the fence about buying, and expecting to find hidden costs. After a test drive with the car, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the dealer would honor the price quoted online, with no "extra" charges (e.g. "dealer prep", vehicle etching, etc). Then came the trade-in. I told them the price quote I had in hand from Carvana for my trade-in, and while they didn't match it, they came close enough to make it easier to trade the car in rather than deal with Carvana after the fact. So I went ahead with the purchase using their financing (they matched the car-loan offer I had in hand with PNC), and managed to avoid any other add-ons in the finance office. Had a bit of a wait to get the car prepped (again, it was a Saturday), but in the end I was out with a new car in about 4 hours. They were professional through the whole process. I may have been able to do a bit better if I negotiated hard, but I was willing to sacrifice a few bucks to get a hassle-free experience. That's what I got. More

Competent and friendly It’s a bit of a drive for me, but the service department seems to know what they’re doing and my 9-year-old car is still going strong. My only problem It’s a bit of a drive for me, but the service department seems to know what they’re doing and my 9-year-old car is still going strong. My only problem is that I went in for an oil change and learned it was time for a big service checkup, so I spent more time and money than I had planned. However, I have confidence that my car will continue to run well. More
