Crooks Went through my paperwork the other day because I was fed up with this dealer. Plan was to go to another dealership for a routine service. I always Went through my paperwork the other day because I was fed up with this dealer. Plan was to go to another dealership for a routine service. I always went to Madison where I bought it preowned. (Several unethical things also with sales). Wanted to show new dealer what was done up till then. I'd always trusted Madison to do whatever was due based on their computer records. Well, I saw that they did a major service only a few months apart!!!! I trusted them and they ripped me off. It's a very expensive servicer. In retrospect now, I always felt they were trying to sell me stuff that wasn't necessary (new battery, new tires, etc. etc) and although I was always dubious, I went along with them, but now I'm sure they were ripping me off all along. Other issues as well really got me mad before that. That's why I was going to the other dealer when I discovered the paperwork for the major services. I can't discuss them now because I"\'m just getting angry. More

Always Madison for Me I have used some other Honda dealers that are much closer to where I live, but none are as accommodatiing or treat their customers like they bought so I have used some other Honda dealers that are much closer to where I live, but none are as accommodatiing or treat their customers like they bought something more upmarket than my now 16 year old Prelude - Madison Honda is far and away the best at what they do.
