When I initially met with him I explained that I am a no nonsense knowledgeable purchaser and he handled the process extremely well and offered what I think was a very fair deal. He spent a lot of time teaching me all the functions these technology fueled cars have. I would recommend if you are looking for a Honda to go seek out Paul. Hoping their service area will be as good as the sales and I will be a happy Honda customer. More

Wonderful CR-V EX purchase experience Just stopped by Madison Honda this past Sat. to check out a 2018 CR-V EX, and it turned out to be a wonderful deal. Our salesman is Paul Fuchs, and he Just stopped by Madison Honda this past Sat. to check out a 2018 CR-V EX, and it turned out to be a wonderful deal. Our salesman is Paul Fuchs, and he's very accommodating and professional. He spent lots of time explaining the features that might be of interest to us(yes, our previous CR-V was 2010 model), and it really helped to convince us it's the right choice for our vehicle replacement. More surprisingly, the car sit in our driveway by the end of the day as Paul took care of everything needed for us to drive it home. That's just amazing. Kudos to Paul and Madison Honda. I live in Madison, and I've had all my Hondas serviced thru this dealer. I'm very pleased with the service thru the years, and now I'm happy to also enjoy the awards program they have to save even more for my car purchase. More
Hands down, best dealership in New Jersey. I just purchased a new Accord from Madison Honda. I got an awesome deal and i was in and out in a couple hours. I only put 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. So originally this review would've been a lot better before i felt robbed ... When i first arrived at Madison Honda for service, Dan was a "big So originally this review would've been a lot better before i felt robbed ... When i first arrived at Madison Honda for service, Dan was a "big help". I was told I would have my vehicle in about a week(with no loaner offered and it ended up taking 2 and getting a loaner after a week) , he gave "discounts they never give", and was sent on my way. I was told to do the rear brakes, rear struts, file down rotors, and do an alignment would all be over $2,000. I of course, said no, than was told it would be 1850 .. stupidly said OK cause it was already 7:30 pm and thanksgiving was 2 days away and had to leave. the next morning, i called at 7 am to leave a message and cancel the service. They never acknowledged that by calling back so i called again. They tried to tell me that i couldn't cancel or i would have to pay because the parts, IN CALIFORNIA, were already ordered. Although Dan previously stated they would take a week to even arrive due to the holiday. So Brian got on the phone and i was told he would do 1600 flat out the door. I again had to agree, cause he said i would be responsible for paying a re stocking fee(MIND YOU THE PARTS WERE NOT THERE YET)!! I ended up having the work done(not by choice) and when i got the paper work back, parts were "discounted" and the vehicle came to $325 FOR AN ALIGNMENT(that my vehicle required something special) weird because i than contacted Joyce Honda to ask if that was right (i also work in a dealership and i know its not) and they told me it would've costed $89.99 for that. i was told its more expensive because its "Madison" BY THE WAY - Dan never wanted to be bothered assisting again, which is perfectly fine. The receptionists are rude, don't understand anything and don't even acknowledge your existence when you walk in. So i DID have 2 vehicles being serviced at this location and i wanted to continue going back for leases with them, now i have 0 being serviced there and 0 chance of going back for re leasing. I will be contacting cooperate on these prices and employees based on being WAY OVERCHARGED. I don't expect anyone to contact me, being that they only care about getting money and overcharging clients. But if you have a choice to chose Madison Honda over any other Honda, DO NOT CHOOSE MADISON!!!! More
