My wife and I drove from Wisconsin to buy a rather rare car from this dealership and were pleasantly surprised when we got there. The car was as described on the phone. I spoke with Rich the used car manager a few times on the phone and he was friendly and helpful, he went out and walked around the car and told me all of the flaws. Romeo the finance manager was fun to work with even though we didn't do any formal financing through the dealership. They even detailed the car, filled the tank, and put the plates on. This was on a USED CAR at that!! I wouldn't hesitate buying another used car from this store if they had another car that was worth driving from Wisconsin for. More

We went to this dealership to buy a new vehicle. While the staff were attentive and pleasant, they definitely play their games. Their initial offer was very high, almost close to the MSRP. Then they acted as if they were in disbelief when I countered with an offer just above the invoice, as if I was asking for the moon. Once we agreed on a price for the vehicle, we then negotiated for the accessories. Again here, they quoted about 50% higher than the *MSRP* listed on Honda's own website! Again, I had to negotiate down but was only able to get them down to the original MSRP, and nowhere near the invoice. Lastly, we negotiated my 117 year-old trade-in which was in good condition and ran very well. KBB quoted a trade-in falue of $1000-$1200, but again the dealer low-balled and stated that it was only worth "a couple hundred bucks." In the end, they try to bamboozle their customers and try to take advantage of them. I only wish car dealers would negotiate in good faith rather than trying to see what they can get away with in order to maximize profits. More

Service was great and short when I had my Honda CRV oil change on weekends. The waiting lounge is great with coffee, simple snacks, and there are flat screen televisions that you can watch,view, status of change on weekends. My consultant was extremely gracious and took my concern into consideration which made me comfortable and lessened my anxiety about a purchase. There was no hard sell or coaxing and i felt as if i were in the company of a friend; not a "car salesman". I will not hesitate to come back to Adrian Secreto when it comes time to purchase another Honda and I feel good about giving his card to anyone I know who may be looking for a Honda.
