I returned to Madison Honda to purchase a new 2012 CRV because I have been happy with the service department (as I had a 2003 CRV to trade in, and all of my service was performed at the dealership.) He was very knowledgeable about the car when we went for a test drive and made the purchase experience easy -- he used no "car salesman" techniques which I truly appreciated! I even gave his card to a friend of mine who is thinking of buying a new car! More
After shopping around first for a pre-owned, then deciding that I just loved the 2012 Honda CRV, my son, son-in-law ,and I returned to Madison Honda (our first stop in the new car adventure) to be g deciding that I just loved the 2012 Honda CRV, my son, son-in-law ,and I returned to Madison Honda (our first stop in the new car adventure) to be greeted by Mark Stocke. We explained what we were looking for re: new vehicle, trade-in and extras. We didn't make an immediate decision and called Mark a couple of times in the next few days, after being sure of what I wanted. From the beginning, Mark was friendly and very professional in all our contacts, both in person and on the phone. When I picked up my beautiful, twilight blue Honda CRV, Mark went over every detail of the vehicle with patience and attention, making sure to instruct me on useage of all the features. Richard even pitched in getting my cell phone to pair up with the car's bluetooth system. Not to overlook the other employees with whom we dealt - Kamal and Abdul added to our good experience. Mark is a terrific salesperson as he knew when to be firm in our negotiating and when to give, to the satisfaction of all involved. My experience with Madison Honda and especially Mark Stocke was very positive, they both get "high fives" from me! More

After nearly getting robbed by another dealership, I was weary and defensive when I approached Madison Honda about a Certified Pre-Owned Pilot. As it turns out, they were terrific. When I made it clear that I didn't want to see any unexpected fees, they responded perfectly. They even knocked the price down on my feeble request (the original price was OK, so I wasn't motivated to bargain). And when a couple of the usual suspects (e.g., window etching) showed up on my final bill, my rep was quick to take them right off. It was a perfectly fair and honest transaction. In the end I got the vehicle I wanted, at a fair price, with a good financing deal, and all wrapped up in a pleasant, no-pressure transaction. More

Manny came to help after I came to pick up my documents and had been frustrated at spending more time at the dealership than I intended but I needed help with some car feature. He was really helpful and treated me with understanding with my concerns on time. He had excellent people skills and his jovial mood rubbed off on me and in the end I wasnt so upset Matt for a new guy was knowledgeable about the questions I had. In fact I did not know he was new until he could not answer one question I had and said that he was new. He has great potential. More

Abbdul in finace was also fantastic, that's the part I Was nervous about because I was concerned there would be a hard sell for the "extras." He was very informative and went through the offerings very carefully, and then gave me time and space to make my decisions. He also went out of his way to find a really good interest rate for the loan through Chase. This was a great experience, they made me feel entirely comfortable!
