This is the 3rd Honda that I have purchased at Madison Honda and all three vehicles were purchased with the help and guidance of Mark Stocke. At delivery, Joe went through all the car options one-by-one with Mom and Abdul ensured that she understood all the paperwork. Abdul went out of his way to provide excellent customer service by insisting that someone personally deliver and install her new license plates (which is something Dad would have done in past). Given our recent purchase experience, I feel confident that Mom will be well looked after in future which is especially important to me as I do not live locally. From the moment I first talked to Richie Garcia (the sales person), I felt very comfortable. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and showed me cars that were exactly what I had in mind. One a little more than I wanted to spend, one for less and one very close. When I picked the one I liked the most, he brought the price down to what my budget was without me asking. This was something I was not used to. They gave me a very good price on an extended warranty, cleaned the car up very nicely and a gave me a full tank of gas to boot. I look forward to working with them in the future. More
