Purchased a used vehicle. After we took the vehicle, we realized the door lock was broken. We found this out because the key FOB we were given had dead batteries. We let the dealership know about this issue and they said they would see what they could do for us. I have followed up twice but after 2 weeks we have gotten no answer or resolution. We felt like we were at an old school dealership where they are your best friend when purchasing a vehicle but don't remember your name once you walk out the door. More
