He was very knowledgeable about the Ford brand and knew a lot about the different features, the detailing process took a bit longer than expected and he offered an additional free detail & tank of gas the next time I'm in the Georgetown area to help compensate for our time spent waiting. So glad I went there and totally in love with my vehicle- highly recommend Mac Haik & Zac for your next lease or purchase! More
I cannot stand this quick service garbage. It was so much easier when you could make appointments. Now I need a ride unless I wanna spend hours waiting. You get harassed when you bring your car in to trade it in by emails and phone calls even when you say you’re not interested in trading it in. Service department is usually great but I had an early appt to have a recall item addressed. 3 hours into the appt, no part for the recall I was there to address. Trevor Lindell worked hard to make sure I was taken care of. He is the bright shining light in this repair. My car was picked up and dropped off easily, but I do pay for this service. To Trevor's credit, when his driver was stuck in traffic he took it upon himself to personally bring my vehicle to me. Things beyond his control: More than a month to be able to get my car in for service to be done is not acceptable. Parts should be on-hand, especially when the issues are something that has been happening with multiple vehicles. 6 days to complete the service is excessive; another reason parts should be on-hand. Ford/Lincoln needs to get a hold on the defective parts and recall issues. A $100K vehicle with multiple defective components is not okay. Your service centers would not be so overwhelmed and booked out a month if quality control was improved and vehicles were not having recalls and parts replaced due to known defects. Rating explanation: I won't give a 5-star rating for replacing defective parts...because as a customer who owns a $100K vehicle I expect it would not have these issues. Also, 5-star rating cannot be given when you have to wait a month for service. Lastly, 5-star means everything was above and beyond my expectations...that you did something unexpected. Let me give some examples: I owned a Honda and when it had service it was detailed and came back to me spotless no matter how many cheerios or other crumbs from kids was in it. That's 5-star. My car didn't even come back clean. More
