He did not make me feel welcome or comfortable, he did not give me his name and never used my name. After I waited, he came over and said they had changed the oil in my car. I informed him that he did not answer my questions, I finally got an answer from him. He reviewed the Multi-Point Inspection Report, it was obvious he did not want to do it. Has he was walking off, he turn to me and said, “you will receive a survey from Lincoln, can I count on you for 5 stars, anything other than 5 stars I will fail”. Jason provided lousy customer service, but he wants 5 stars, this tells me that he needs to be trained on what 5 Star Service is. More
