I completely by chance happened upon this dealership after seeing a used car for sale on Cargurus. The sales person who answered my call was Alex and even though the car I was calling about had already after seeing a used car for sale on Cargurus. The sales person who answered my call was Alex and even though the car I was calling about had already sold, he seemed like such a nice person I decided to take a look at what else they had available. I ended up buying a 3 year old Ford Escape which I absolutely love! It’s in great condition and I got it for a good price. Alex is an absolute superstar and he is the only reason I drove from Austin to Georgetown to buy a car. Highly recommended! More

I've purchased 2 new trucks here, F250 and F150 (~100k). Sales process wasnt bad either time, but the their service department is why I wont be buying a 3rd vehicle here. I'd rather make the 45min drive to Lampasas or switch to Chevy. I have a issue right now of a defective component of truck that should of been covered under warranty. I spoke to the service manager twice and saw him in person. I then sent him 3 emails (his request) including 2 videos of the issue showing normal operation and what my truck is doing. He was supposed to fwd that info to a engineer that would call me back. That was over 2 weeks ago and not only did I not get the call, I also didnt get a reply to any of the 3 emails. Fords way of dodging a sub $200 repair! Also didnt like the fact that I was quoted a parts/labor price for something "supposedly" covered under a bumper to bumper warranty. That should never happen under any circumstance. More
