Service writer was great, remote tech that came to do recall computer update at my house was great. The tech came a bit earlier than planned and was done pretty quick and was very polite and professional recall computer update at my house was great. Issues with costly repair work. It took several weeks for repair work to complete. After that when I got the car back, the issue was not resolved :( I was told that I have to come b It took several weeks for repair work to complete. I was told that Loner cars are not available. I was a first time customer, but thinking of not returning because of sub-standard service provided. More
