The best compliment I can give- I will buy my next vehicle at Mac Haik because of Mark and Charlie. Zollie, my salesperson, was great but it was one day and done. I also had the pleasure of working with Jared on the customization of the truck and his feedback and input proved invaluable. These guys built me the most bad-xxx truck I’ve ever seen and I can’t thank them enough. On top of that, everyone was very kind and made the trips to the dealership fun and enjoyable. Decent experience over all, first guy (Art i believe) I talked to blew me off after I told him I was to sure about buying that day, ended up buying a new explorer a few days later from another sales guy wh talked to blew me off after I told him I was to sure about buying that day, ended up buying a new explorer a few days later from another sales guy who wanted to work with me. The car did throw a Check Engine Light with 327 miles on in which is terrible, Shay in the Service Department was able to read the code and tell me that it wasn't too serious and set me up to get it in a few days later and fixed up. Finance guy almost talked me out of buying the car. More
