If you have an appointment at 11 I don’t think is should take 2 hrs to do an oil change. Also the person dealing with my car left for lunch without communicating the jobs was done, meaning it wasted at a mi take 2 hrs to do an oil change. I’m not sure how it works when an appointment time is scheduled. I reside in Temple. We purchased our vehicle from this dealership as well as service plans and warranties and all. We were told it was best to take our vehicle to the dealership where we purchased it. I made an appointment for for an oil change for 9:00am. I didn’t leave until close to 12:00pm. I felt this was an extremely long wait for an oil change since I made an appointment. I then overheard that it was basically a first come basis for the Quick Lane service an one needed to come earlier in the day to shorten wait time. Why have appointments? This was my first experience at this dealership’s service area. It was not a pleasant experience having to wait this long. My service advisor was helpful and courteous. I’m sorry, but I will see about going to my local dealership with my plans. I tried to stay in house. More
