William was a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to meet our needs and continues to correspond and assist with my questions. After agreeing on the price, which was a cash deal, it took no less than 45 mins to come and get us to complete the paperwork. We did not get out of the dealership until well past 9:00 pm on a Saturday when there were very few people remaining after the 8:00 pm closing. May want to look at a process improvement project to make that portion of the process more efficient. More
