This dealership needs to work on their customer service after they actually make the sale. It seemed like they weren’t concerned with us after we bought the car. We bought a $2000 package and weren’t told after they actually make the sale. It seemed like they weren’t concerned with us after we bought the car. We bought a $2000 package and weren’t told that the tint apt was separate than everything else that was included. So we had to schedule another time to get the rest of the things done. The tint was horrible so we had to bring my car back for the 3rd time. Then my weather tech floor mats were given to someone else and we’ve had to call to check on them every week. It’s been a month and half and I still don’t have them. Lastly, the bank you use for financing is probably the worst bank out there. We were able to lower our interest rate by 3.5% not to mention they don’t have the capability to do auto payments for car loans. What?! We won’t be buying another car here that’s for sure! More

2.5 hour wait for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. No info given on tire tread life.
