So this is the second time I have brought my car in for the same reason where my window was not going all the way down and after the window closed it would come down about 2 inches. The last time they rep the same reason where my window was not going all the way down and after the window closed it would come down about 2 inches. The last time they reprogrammed some sensor and it worked for a short while and then the problem got even worse. I brought it in on a Tuesday and by Thursday they still had not done anything with the window. I finally got a hold of Robert on Friday and he told me that they ordered a new part and that the car would be ready Saturday. When I called Saturday I got a brush off from someone who answered the call because Robert was off. I Got the "Well, did he tell you it's ready? No? Well then it's not ready" WTH is that?! Is that how you talk to customers? This is completely unacceptable and I will be writing a letter to Ford directly. Then whenever I called and left a message for Robert to call me back, why does it take an entire day for him to call me back. Again, completely unacceptable after my car was there for two days without anything being done on it. This car is not even a year old and already I have had it in the shop for the same issue twice. Again, ridiculous. Then when I picked up the car I waited 20 minutes for someone to come and bring my car around. In the meantime, there were 8 people who came after me and their car was brought around before mine. I finally went inside to ask where my car was. They forget to give my keys to have someone get my car. In the meantime the girl working at the desk had plenty of time to BS with someone from the service department who was standing there. Lastly, when my car finally got to me, it was completely filthy. Don't you guy clean these cars before returning them to the owners? Every other Ford dealership I ever brought my car to always washed the car before returning it to me. If I could give you guys zero stars I would. I would really appreciate it if the service manager could call me to discuss this. More
We have two Ford Escapes. Brought one in for service and inspection. The service writer noted the wrong Escape. Went back for inspection on the other Escape and James Main s Brought one in for service and inspection. The service writer noted the wrong Escape. Went back for inspection on the other Escape and James Main straighten everything out on the ROs so that the service work was applied to the correct vehicle. I've worked with Quick Lane (Mac Haik / Georgetown) for a number of years, and have been VERY satisfied with the quality of work and service. More
The dealership is terrible. They delivered a faulty car with a lot of issues they never disclosed. Services provided in the dealership were really bad and low quality and when the car broke we had to wait for 3 weeks because they couldn't diagnose. We purchased bumper to bumper which was useless. Also, they push customers to give 5 star reviews. So unprofessional! Stay away from this place and for Ford in general. More
