While working with Olga was wonderful and she was so helpful and professional I can't say the same about my sales person Mr. BENNERSON. At first he was very blunt and was very brash about being a person helpful and professional I can't say the same about my sales person Mr. BENNERSON. At first he was very blunt and was very brash about being a person who never negotiates at all. He was good about everything else so I ended up giving him a 4 star rating which I thought was fair but then I get a personal text message from him that was very unprofessional because I gave him a 4 and not a 5. He also told me to give him a 5 so he could have an extra vacation day. I thought that was unprofessional and I don't think he needs to be is a business dealing with customer service or sales.
