I’ve used this dealer for all my oil changes on my current F150. I used a Ford dealer in College Station with my previous vehicles and always had issues. Remain concerned that the EcoSport--and the battery will be a concern? I have never heard of a car just "dying on the road." Your tech staff made a fairly quick check of the issue, and we got the car back late the same day. More
