The whole experience was the worst one I’ve ever had. I purchased a "2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 custom" Initially, everything seemed fine, but after the first day, I started experiencing issues when rever I purchased a "2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 custom" Initially, everything seemed fine, but after the first day, I started experiencing issues when reversing. I hoped the problem would resolve itself after a few days, but when it persisted, I took the car to service. Unfortunately, it remained there for a week with no communication—no phone calls, no messages, nothing. After a week, they called my wife, even though I was the buyer, and pressured her to agree to a charge for replacing a flat tire that I had not encountered before bringing the car in. I called the service and insisted that I had given them the car in good condition, with no problems relating to the tires. I then spoke with the manager and told him, " I only drove it for 3 days and brought it to you without a flat tire." He replied that they would fix the tire, and I responded, "No, sir, you’re going to replace it, not fix it." In the end, they did replace it. After 2 days, I was informed that the car was ready for pickup. I was optimistic, but sadly, the same problem resurfaced after just 1 day. I took the car back to service and showed them a video of the issue. It remained there for another week. During this time, I realized I had forgotten my driver’s license at the dealership when they provided me with a loaner car. When I went to retrieve my license, I asked about my vehicle. They informed me that it was ready and that there were no issues. If I hadn’t gone to get my license, I might still be waiting for an update. Additionally, no one explained the repairs made to the car, and I did not receive any paperwork indicating that I had left my vehicle in their care. When I returned to pick it up, they simply handed me the keys without verifying my information. I also inquired about trading in the vehicle and was surprised when the sales manager mentioned that the price would be affected due to the time I had driven it, despite it being in service for a significant portion of that month. Overall, this experience has been quite disheartening. I arrived at the dealership at 3:30 PM and left at 9:30 PM, feeling frustrated. While I understand that many people have had positive experiences with Mac Haik, my own experience has left me disillusioned. The only positive aspect of my visit was the water bottle provided, and beyond that, I found little to commend. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this dealership and have no intention of returning. I'm also concerned that this vehicle may be sold again with the same issues if the service department claims it is in good condition. More

I enjoy Mac Haik I have bought all my cars from there and will continue too. The sales people are listening to all my needs and have bought over 6 cars from there. When it comes to Christian in the service department however my experience was not up to Mac Haik standards. I dropped off my 2023 Traverse for diagnostic purposes on a Saturday morning and was quoted a rate of 160. On Monday he called and told me they have been working on it and needed to do some more extensive diagnostic tests and the price went up to over $300. On Tuesday i called to find out the status of my vehicle he stated that they were actively and currently working on it and it was going to require more work. And then explain that it was going to be over $600 for it. I was confused as to why and what was going on. At this point my car had been there for about a week with no offer of a courtesy vehicle. I decided to go up there and find out the following day. I called him before heading up to the dealership he stated my car was hooked up currently and he was almost done with it. I showed up to the dealership a few hours later only to find out my car hadn't been touched since the day I dropped it off. Keep in mind I had came to terms that I was going to pay a bit over $600 as long as my car was fixed. The cashier told me that I owed nothing because they hadn't done any work so they hadn't even created a service ticket. At this point I just wanted my car back due to being with out a car for almost a week now. Upon getting in my vehicle my AC was not working. When we checked under the hood there was a cable that was unplugged that caused my AC to stop working. I did not go in for any ac work so there was no reason my AC should have been touched. A day after picking up my car Christian had the audacity of calling me to check if I had picked up my car. And when asked what work he had done he stated he never touched it and had been sitting in the back of the lot. So why lie to me for almost a week that he was working on my vehicle and continue to upset the "work" he was doing. What was he doing? Why was my vehicle sitting in the back for 4 to 5 days? What made them mess with my AC? I have so many questions. This felt like a scam and I'm concerned about my car having future issues due to whatever unknown "work" he may have done. More

Mark Kitchens is a great service technician, very helpful and knowledgeable and always makes my visit to Mac Haik a pleasant one.
