Mac Haik Chevrolet - Service Center

My Blazer RS has a defect on the side mirror on the passenger side. The plastic on the mirror frame is shrinking due to heat from sun light. They denied replacing it due to warranty and told me the mir passenger side. The plastic on the mirror frame is shrinking due to heat from sun light. They denied replacing it due to warranty and told me the mirror got hit and that is how it Melt? The plastic is Melted. Not happy with service. Not right. They should back up their vehicles they sell. I will place a formal complaint to GM. Its a 50k plus dlls vehicle and its defective and they tell me it got hit? Its clear the plastic is shrinking from the heat!!! More

I Purchased a preowned car and battery and seatbelt were bad. Dealership corrected the issue and after the service I notice a scratch on the my leather seat a dent on the center middle console and from othe bad. I’m pleased they took care of the problems at to cost but part of that has to do that the car was purchased a week ago. But I do think they should fix the leather seat and just for future customers including my self put the car through the car wash. More
