I explicitly scheduled service to have my recall addressed and get an oil change. I was sent a letter that the part was in stock and asked if it was in stock when I scheduled the service. When I che addressed and get an oil change. I was sent a letter that the part was in stock and asked if it was in stock when I scheduled the service. When I checked in for service, the advisor told me that he didn't know if the part was in stock and the recall would take a couple hours. The advisor told me he would let me know if the part for my recall was instock. He never came back and finished the service without addressing the recall. I had to ask about it and his only concern was the amount of time it would take. I also had to ask for my multipoint inspection since my vehicle was at 50,000 miles. There were several things that could have been addressed at this service that this advisor didn't even bring to my attention. I felt that he was in a rush just to get vehicles out and not concerned about my requests. I am disappointed with the service I have been receiving from Mac Haik recently and hope something is done to correct this. More
