I went there for an issue about three weeks ago for a noise coming from my car, they charged me $1400 to fix it and after I drove off I realized the noise was still there so I call them and let them know noise coming from my car, they charged me $1400 to fix it and after I drove off I realized the noise was still there so I call them and let them know about it and they told I can come back and they will see why it is still there. Two weeks later I return to them and we go on test drive me and the technician to let him hear the noise and the technician was able to identify the noise, they decide to send the car to a different department to see the issue but after they came back to me they told me the car needs a new transmission that will cost $6600. I have e mechanical background and the car has no transmission issues just to clarify. When I tell them if they thought the car has a transmission issue then why did they charge me $1400 the first time and what for they had no answer and kept repeating that it just needs a new transmission indicating they have no transparency in they practices and dealings with customers. This experience I had was below my expectations especially coming from a known place like Mac Haik. More

I took my car to Service on Wednesday. Larry said a part was requested from Dallas and would be ready next day. No communication at all. On Friday I requested help from Abel Sixtos in Sale Larry said a part was requested from Dallas and would be ready next day. No communication at all. On Friday I requested help from Abel Sixtos in Sales to help me know what was going on. On Saturday the App showed me the car was fully charged and was at the Dealership. I called Sixtos again and he called back saying the car was ready. Finally picked it up. I knew Bolts have issues, so a lot of stress could have been avoided with proper communication! More
