The Service Department at Mini of St. Louis stands head and shoulders above all the service departments I have frequented. Arman is the reason I bought my current Mini. He is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and always on top of things. He arranged a loaner for me as I had a doctor's appointment the next morning. He called later the same day to give me an update on the status of my car. A few hours later, the mechanic working on my car sent me a video of his progress. The bottom line is simple: You see a salesman once when you buy a new car. You know the service department writers for the rest of your life with that car. Fortunately for me, that service writer is Arman. More

Service on my mini has always been good and efficient. I bought my car used and the previous owner always had it serviced at the dealership so I have continue to do that as well. There were no loaners available which I completely understand and I have no problem with. However with that said I never received a phone call updating me on the service status of my car. Originally I was told it would be completed the next day and at 4 PM I began to be concerned that I never heard anything. So I called several times with the number I was given and got no response. I finally used the online chat and got a call back from somebody else who informed me my car would not be ready - obviously. I am chalking this up to a mistake/miscommunication- although it was very frustrating especially when you don’t have a loaner. I see all the other five star reviews and looking forward to that kind of service in the future. More
