This was my first time here. From start to finish is was a Win ! I was able to be scheduled in within just 24hrs. The dealership was spotless inside and out. I was greeted by Kevin, service advisor whom was dressed very neat, was very cordial, efficient and on task with greeting me and check in. He was very knowledgeable of my Mk1 R53 since he has two at home. I prefer to have techs and advisors whom know and also drive the MINI brand, especially the older one's since it generally means we are all on the same page with respect to repairs and pro-active maintenance the older Mk1 MINI's seem to have. The repairs were done efficiently and on time while I waited at the dealership and perused the grounds. The trip home on new tires properly balanced and installed was a refreshing experience. I am on my second Mk1 MINI, and from this day onward MINI of Rockland will be my go to MINI dealership. More
