Lindsie was super friendly and knowledgeable, she walked me through the whole process, i also had a pleasure to meet Alex, one of their managers, even that he was super busy, he found time to help me with all the questions and concerns i had. They both gave me thier personal cell phone numbers so I could reach em anytime i need something. What really surprised me was two weeks after the purchase they contacted me to make sure that i was satisfied with the car. They even invited me for a lunch and beer on the presentation of the new Mini Cooper. Excellent experience, i will recommend this place to everyone! More

Un-organized and misleading. Made an appointment to test drive a car. Got a call at 10:30 PM the night before to confirm. I said i would be there at the scheduled time. Was told that the car had been sold. I feel like they just wanted me to walk through the door. Unscrupulous and questionable business practices in my opinion! More
