She was extremely knowledgeable about all of the cars and made us feel right at home. She was patient with us when we were trying to find the best fit for our needs and choosing the color of the car! A Fantastic experience from the minute I walked in, to the moment I CRUISED AWAY in my 2016 Mini Countryman "(CLARA"!) Great selection of vehicles to choose from. This was my very first Brand "NEW" Vehicle ever! I always wanted a MINI! What a Fun Car! I loved that they have you personalize your vehicle and NAME IT, how unique! The entire MINI team was so Helpful , very knowledgable including the receptionist ! They always had Positive attitudes and were always Super Warm, Friendly, patient AND ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP IN ANY WAY! Tawana Ho , my Salesperson, was AMAZING! She was very professional and put all my fears about this big purchase to rest. Tawana answered all my questions and then some. Great communication! Tawana even contacted me on her day off from home , when I had a question or concern. Alex the sales manager was also a big help, he stepped in to help when I had to make a trip in on Tawana's day off. The showroom is very chill and also had a dynamite selection of snacks and beverages, along with a super adorable mascot WHISKEY! Brendan the resident MINI product genius , was so COOL! He explained all my Mini's features and how to use them! Everyone did a fabulous job and I am SO PUMPED with my NEW MINI and glad to be a part of the SS MINI family! I can't wait to go back , I feel like I have a new set of friends! I was recommended by my friend and I will send everyone I know there who is looking to purchase a MINI! ~ Looking forward to our SECOND DATE! More

The sales staff was very friendly, knowledgable and very respectful. They took the time to answer all of my question and even had the answer to questions I didn't think to ask. I am very happy with my purchase and I am excited to be a part of the South Shore Mini Family. I am looking forward to continuing my relationship with South Shore Mini and I have already recommended them to any one who asks me about my Mini. The showroom is really laid back. They have a great selection of vehicle that shows off the different options offered by each Mini model as well as the accessories available. Tawana, my salesperson, listened to my wants and needs. However, due to needi We were looking for a new compact, luxury, relaiable car. I own a Smart ForTwo, and this was my first choice, to have a new one. However, due to needing more space, I started looking into other options such as MINI. I hated every single dealer, even Smart of Boston, before coming to South Shore MINI. It feels like it is a constant harrassment, always half answers to questions, millions of calls and voicemails, and for some resaon, they always want yo to be at the dealer as if your only occupation was being at the dealer at all times. Not with MINI South Shore. I visited the dealer just 3 times, when I first saw the car, when I came in to show it to a friend, and when I picked it up. Everything else was handled via email, as it was my preferred way of communicating with Tawana. She really helped us out in making sure we were deciding on a new vehicle based upon our needs and not pressure or a price tag. Everytime we were received with a smile and good attitude. She found all the answers we needed to be 100% satisfied with our choice. We bought a certified NEXT MINI, the car is in top condition, really new. It does not feel like a pre-owned at all. I had a concern on one of the fenders a day after, came in, they checked it, explained to me a clip needed repair, repaired it, and I was in and out, no questions asked, in 20 minutes. I am really looking forward to experience more of this service I am really happy with our choice, and with the attention I received. More

Whiskey who required a few ear scratches before we got down to business. The human salesperson, Tawana, was fantastic! She was able to answer all of my questions and help with the usually agonizing process of purchasing a new car. There was low-pressure, but great quality customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership, and the Mini Hardtop! More
Good Service at South Shore Mini My fiance and I recently started looking for a new car, and liked the look of the mini countryman. We had a great experience with the test drive, and My fiance and I recently started looking for a new car, and liked the look of the mini countryman. We had a great experience with the test drive, and eventually came back to purchase/lease a few days later. Due to missing some paperwork, and a horrible insurance experience with progressive, we ended up spending 6 hours at the dealership trying to get it finalized. It was a stressful yet boring day waiting around, but through it all, the folks at the dealership were always kind and helpful. We almost left with a loaner, but at the last minute insurance came through and we finally got to head out in our new car. Thank goodness for nice people, a well stocked snack bar, and little Whisky. :) More
A most relaxed, no pressure experience I have had my mini for a week....and am loving it! Best Customer Service Around Last January I bought a brand new Countryman. One accident and nine months of car troubles later I was fed up. My tolerance for the christmas tree of lights in my car had disappeared. The final straw was a four time offender week where I consistently had my car returned with the promise of fixing (this truly was no fault of the shop, the car just had issues) only to have a new light flicker on on my drive home. However, let me take a moment to say, Tom in the shop, Tawana and Alex at SouthShore Mini made this right. When I called to complain I was completely surprised to learn they had a plan to get me my out of my lemon and into a brand new car. This group surpassed my expectations and truly have righted this unfortunate situation. They truly are a pleasure to work with and set a very high bar for customer service and satisfaction. I never want to buy a car with a different group! More
Simply phenomenal experience! It was a cold....brrrr and rainy Saturday on the outside. Meeting Tawana Ho who courageously braved the elements for myself and my favorite husband (t It was a cold....brrrr and rainy Saturday on the outside. Meeting Tawana Ho who courageously braved the elements for myself and my favorite husband (the Toyota guy) to explore those adorable mini convertibles that were calling for me through the wind and chill of the parking lot. Answering multiple questions, and not even a shiver, she made this experience most pleasant and utterly painless . As the owner of 2 previous mini's, my heart was in a new convertible...an lo and behold...with her clear passion for working with us slightly demented but loyal mini folks, she slam-dunked this beautiful metallic blue coop convertible right into my now warm hands...and just 48 hours later, into my driveway to the delight of the neighbors who said...."It's about time there is a mini back in your driveway!" Rachel Moses was a pleasure and delight to work with. The financing was effortless. These women clearly represent the Mini world with the finest of skill and communicative qualities not often found in the auto world. Please make sure YOU reward them for a sensational job well done...and a raise for them might be a nice thing!!!! More
