Maybe the highest doc fee in the area, and definitely one of the highest. We believe that that's a lot of money especially since we paid cash. More

" and he made it happen. Ok, I did get the same service when I went to Herb Chambers after the nightmare with South Shore MINI. Stay away from these people! More

Other dealerships and there employee's seemed "old school" and I was looking for a less adversarial experience. I found that at South Shore MINI. Tawana Ho fit the bill. She knew her product and guided me ,gently, toward the car that turned out better that I had imagined. Alex Stoyanov sealed the deal, calmly and professionally. Tawana kept me informed along the journey. Everything was upbeat and positive. In full disclosure, I was expecting something to go wrong....well, nothing did....How lucky am I? More
