The 5 stars go to the amazing two men in customer service…wow…gracious, smart, listened presented all the options and executed!!! The customer service area is elegant and comfortable. They fit me in service…wow…gracious, smart, listened presented all the options and executed!!! The customer service area is elegant and comfortable. They fit me in immediately and I so appreciate that! Unfortunately like all dealerships they are outrageously expensive! But they had the keys for 4 security lug nuts (1 on each wheel) on my used car. They quickly replaced the 4 lug nuts with 4 new lug nuts for $168.00. I was greatfull, but once again reminded why I only service my vehicle at a dealership when it’s absolutely the only choice! I wish dealers would turn the tables on manufactures, and instead compete with better pricing for service! More
