Kyle was my first person of contact as I was browsing the lot. He provided just the right amount of assistance - he didn't bug me but I knew he was available if and when I had questions. I wasn't sure what type of car I wanted to buy. Itest drove 3 different ones. Kyle was the sales rep that new his stuff about the mini.
