Before I had even walked in the door, Eddie was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I was on the lot, looking at cars on my lunch break, and Eddie came out to me, helped me realize I incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Sheena was great, I found the car, but unfortunately after someone else decided to take a test drive and put a hold on it. After they declined the car she was able to fax me the paperwork to put a hold long enough for me to come take a test drive. I love the car and would definitely refer Sheena to anyone else looking. This was the best car buying experience that I have every had! Eddie was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Eddie worked to uncover my needs before he ever tried to show me a car. Sheena was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the moment that I walked into the dealership, she greeted me with a big smile and welcomed me to all things Mini. I wasn't too sure if I wanted a Mini, but Sheena convinced me. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle during and after our test drive, and was very patient with my 101 questions! The financing process was the easiest I've ever experienced (also thanks to Dave, the finance manager) and the delivery was seamless, which ultimately concluded with Sheena taking a picture of me and my new Mini (with a giant bow on top no less - a very cute touch). Overall, I highly recommend Sheena and the rest of the Mini of Madison crew. Keep up the good work! More

For a variety of reasons, this is the fifth car (4 new, 1 used) that we have purchased in the past 2 years from local dealers - two from Smart, one from Zimbrick used (Fish Hatchery Road), and one from Lanca used) that we have purchased in the past 2 years from local dealers - two from Smart, one from Zimbrick used (Fish Hatchery Road), and one from Lancaster Scion (East). The reason for giving this review is, across the board, Kyle out shown his colleagues (most older and likely more experienced). Our experience with Mini of Madison has been top flight so far.
