I had a good experience, but it took 4 hours to buy a car and that seems like a long time. After we set a price I still had to wait quite a while for the deal to be completed. When my wife and I came to the lot we were undecided on if this is where we wanted to spend our money. We met Kyle and he answered all of our questions and paired us with a car that met our needs and want if this is where we wanted to spend our money. We met Kyle and he answered all of our questions and paired us with a car that met our needs and wants. We enjoyed our experience and it was very informative and fun. This is our first Mini but not our last. In a couple of years we'll be back for that convertible. Thanks to Kyle and Dave they did a great job. More

I went in to Mini of Madison in late June 2011, I had found a vehicle in their inventory online and knew specifically what I was interested in. I was scheduled to take a road trip to the west coast the n found a vehicle in their inventory online and knew specifically what I was interested in. I was scheduled to take a road trip to the west coast the next day. Despite the urgency to trade in my Mazda and head out of state the entire experience was very easy going. The interior of the dealership is accommodating and fun. I left with a great deal on a '11 clubman S. All around great car. Super fun to drive with way more room than you'd think. The electronic sterering and throttle gives the experience of playing a really good video game. The automatic transmission work with you, especially in sport mode. Super fancy car. I sold it a year later to get back to driving a manual transmission. I now drive a '97 ranger and a tuned up 2-stroke moped. Regardless, Mini of Madison was cooperative and pleasant from the moment I walked in to when I sold it. More

Eddie is very personable and answered all my questions with respect and a positive attitude. The courtship started in spring (and I purchased in August) and he never gave me the impression I wasn't a valu with respect and a positive attitude. The courtship started in spring (and I purchased in August) and he never gave me the impression I wasn't a valuable customer nor did he ever give me that creepy "sales guy" vibe. The dealership is clean and hip and very MINI. Ironically enough, my first new car was a Saturn and though I didn't buy it from Zimbrick (or in Wisconsin for that matter) I did have my SW1 serviced in the very same building that's now this MINI dealership. I loved driving my MINI Clubman off that lot much better than that Saturn, that's for sure. Motor On. -Devon More
