Mary Skinner greeted us right away with a friendly smile and listened as we inquired about the MINI COOPER COUNTRYMAN and asked to see one. She immediately had us out on the open road and went over every single detail of the car; explained it so well we felt we had driven it for years before we were done with the test drive! It was an amazing experience! As out of towners, Mary knew we may not purchase a vehicle off the lot at MINI of Charleston, but went out of her way to help us locate another Mini in the Southeast. That my friends is going above and beyond. We finally found our certified pre-owned Mini in the Northeast closer to home and Mary was thrilled for us. Our experience would never have been had it not been for Mary and her expert introduction into this fun little car.
