I was recently preparing for an upcoming trip and realized that my MINI was coming due for its yearly maintenance as well as needing the rear brake pads. This wasn’t a surprise to me though because the wonderful inspection video from my last service gave me plenty of heads up to plan for them. I dropped my MINI off on my way out of town for the week and knew that she was in safe hands while I was gone. When I returned to town, she was waiting for me washed and ready to go. My salesperson, Russ, was also there and gave me some great information on the upcoming Countryman due out this year. I can’t wait to see what MINI comes up with next! More

While there I encountered Jerry Parnell, one of your sales rep, who without any pressure or the usual stress associated with buying a car, showed me the advantages of purchasing the Mini convertible I’d told him I’d always wanted but always procrastinated in buying. I’d done lots of research concerning the current art of purchasing a car and learned how to ask the important questions and how to challenge the sales rep., manager, finance department, etc. in negotiations. Jerry was very knowledgeable about my concerns and met my challenges with ease. So thanks to a great sales rep, Jerry and a finance manager Seth, I am the proud owner of a beautiful Mini convertible purchased a year before I’d intended.
