The highlight of my service visits is having Kelley Murchie take care of my car: she is always energetic, courteous (calls me "Mr. McCann") knowledgeable, spirited, and gets the job done. If I still had my law office, I would hire her away. I have seen her handle unreasonable customers with politeness. She is naturally a sincerely friendly person. Keep her and give her a raise. Wow! What a Great Experience! Just moved to Charleston and this was our first experience with this Just moved to Charleston and this was our first experience with this dealer. Our much loved Mini had a couple of issues. Even with the renovations and resulting messiness that was going on there, the experience was about as flawless as could be. We felt supported the entire way through from the drop-off, to the inspection and reporting, to the repair and pickup process. Was really impressed when I got a video from the technician doing a walk through of what was found and what needed to be done to address the problems. The final pricing was consistent with working with a dealer but so was the high quality of the service. Based on this one positive first experience I'd go back again and recommend them to others. Bought my Mini 13 years ago at Hendrick’s and still love it. It needed a couple of repairs, so we went back to Hendrick and couldn’t have asked for better service. Got us checked in and set up with a loaner, and kept in contact with us throughout the process. Even had a video with narration by the mechanic...that was a first! The repairs were completed and my Mini feels brand new. More

I knew my daughter's Mini had an issue, so we took it into the Dealer. Kelly got us right in. A little bit later they sent us a video showing where the leak was coming from and what it was. The Service representative, Kelley Murchie handled the entire experience (with interruptions that she handled with class a in Mt. Pleasant yesterday.
