MINI of Charleston

On Tuesday the 16th of March we took our Mini in for service and once again were treated with the efficient, polite and very knowledgeable Kelley Murchie. Also, the walk-around video (they take a video showing the problems on your car as they explain each issue) is really helpful! Came in for my yearly visit and Kelly is was so helpful and actually makes the whole process so easy. I was in and out in no time, had a loaner car ready and all. Needed new brakes and tires, the tech sent and actually makes the whole process so easy. I was in and out in no time, had a loaner car ready and all.
