MAG Volvo

I took my used car in after purchasing to find any immediate repairs that may be needed. I authorized every thing they suggested except the 125000 mile check and a transmission flush. During the discussion, the transmission and the 125000 mile check were offered and refused twice. I was quoted approximately $1600. When I returned to pick up the car, the cost of the repairs was $3300. They added $1700 for a 125000 check and the bill just showed a line item without detail. I do not know what, if anything, was checked. I returned a few weeks later with a misfire complaint and after diagnostics, they told me I needed the transmission flushed. I again refused and asked about the misfire and they showed that it was listed on the diagnostics but insisted on the transmission flush to correct. I had the plugs and coils replaced somewhere else and the misfire issue was resolved. I do not trust MAG for my Volvo service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your Volvo service. More

Bruce was great to deal with! Both Bruce and Carlos worked hard to get me the XC60 we wanted. They were careful (especially Bruce) to go over all the details of the car.
