We told him one of our friends just bought one XC 60 with 3k discount in another state, and we wondered if he can match that price. Carlos suddenly stood up and told us to purchase with our friends dealer and stopped negotiating with us. We felt very offended and ended up with buying a BMW X3, which turns out a even much better choice. Surely we will never visit MAG Volvo again. More
DO NOT BUY FROM MAG errible experience after purchasing my car (2014 Volvo) from MAG. Had to bring it back immediately after purchasing because the interior was filthy an errible experience after purchasing my car (2014 Volvo) from MAG. Had to bring it back immediately after purchasing because the interior was filthy and needed a wheel alignment. Six months after purchasing and putting less than 3,000 miles on it, I had to bring it in for the 40K service. When I picked up my vehicle, it was over $600. I was told after the service was done that all the filters needed replaced. I was never informed prior to the service of what was being done and the cost. I am still trying to get the answer as to why these filters were not replaced before I purchased the car. The service manager has been no help. He told me to call a different manager. I've emailed and left 2 voicemails and still have not heard back. When I purchased the car, I was told it went through an extensive service inspection. If this were the case, why was it dirty, need a wheel alignment and a few months later, need all new filters?Feeling totally ripped off. And to top it off, there are several large scratches on my vehicle that were not there before dropping it off for service. DO NOT BUY OR HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED FROM MAG. More
Service Department is a joke. My mom took her car to be repaired. She was told $900 to fix and of course they get the car and they say they need to do more and want $2200. My mom says "no" and goes to pick the car back up. When she gets there they want $163 for some oil and for them looking at it. She was not told this to start with. They are a joke and scam artists More

I had to work with all ends of this team and have to say that've assembled one incredible bunch of folks that are professional, kind and they actually 'care' whether you buy from them. These folks are a) prompt with communication, b) has the ability to listen c) has the ability to act and see the consumer point of view and d) will go to another level to be sure satisfaction is achieved! World Class...perhaps all of us in business should take a lesson from this management team! More
Purchased a car with Dan Burris a week ago and I am very happy with my XC60. Dan taught me everything I wanted to know about the car and he listened a lot. He did not overload me with info. Went up to MAG Volvo looking for a car to replace my Subaru. Test drove the S60 R Design and was amazed. My sales rep., Dan Burris, was able to tell me all about the car and its race pedigree. Showed Subaru. Test drove the S60 R Design and was amazed. My sales rep., Dan Burris, was able to tell me all about the car and its race pedigree. Showed my how all the features worked (and there are a lot of them) and made the test drive experience a relaxing one. When we got back to the dealership, there was never any pressure to purchase. We talked out the pros and cons and worked a deal both MAG Volvo and I were thrilled with. Buying a car should always be this fun. More

We just bought a pre-owned Volvo from Mag. Our sales representative was Daniel Burris and although he is new to the business he did a great job. Very professional and worked hard to please. As I have been using the services since the days Volvo was in Linworth, on Route 161, before and after it became part of MAG, I have had full confidence in the service department, staff and work, especial was in Linworth, on Route 161, before and after it became part of MAG, I have had full confidence in the service department, staff and work, especially as many of the "old-timers" had decided to stay with MAG, when that particular VOLVO became part of the Midwestern Auto Group. THAT is the one and only reason I continue to have confidence in the Service Team, and hope that shall remain true for many many more years. That is the only guarantee I need for the time being. I do hope that this trust is well-placed for the future, as well. (And, my recommendation here is about the Service Department, alone) More
