I recently purchased a 2016 BMW i8 with cash from this dealership, expecting everything to be in order and as described. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, I was given two dealership, expecting everything to be in order and as described. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, I was given two keys, but one of them was broken. Additionally, there was no charger provided for the hybrid car, and the systems were down. Despite a brief test drive of less than a mile, which was not sufficient to assess the car's condition, I proceeded with the purchase based on the dealership's assurances. Driving the car home from Ohio to New Jersey, the drivetrain malfunction warning came on halfway through the trip. I immediately notified the salesman, who advised me to drive it slowly and take it to a BMW dealership for inspection. This issue should have been detected and disclosed by the dealership before the sale. Moreover, I had to purchase a third-party warranty since the dealership did not offer one. They keep insisting that the vehicle was sold "as is," but it's clear they were negligent and aware of the preexisting condition. Unfortunately, I do not have a scanner to confirm the codes, but they would have undoubtedly appeared. Now, I am facing a $5,000 repair bill for issues that should have been addressed by the dealership beforehand. This level of negligence and lack of transparency is unacceptable. I will be taking further action against this dealership and strongly advise others to avoid doing business with them. More
⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! I rarely take the time to post reviews, but I feel compelled to warn other people about my horrible experience while trying to buy a used car from I rarely take the time to post reviews, but I feel compelled to warn other people about my horrible experience while trying to buy a used car from this dealership. I have been searching for a particular vehicle and contacted this dealership immediately after I saw one they had just posted online. Without going into great detail, I spent the majority of my day communicating with the salesman and later the finance manager. We agreed on a price and I made it very clear throughout the process that I definitely wanted this car and specifically told them not to sell it to anyone else. I responded immediately whenever I was asked to do anything, filled out paperwork, etc. I live out of state so I proceeded to make travel arrangements, request time off from work, etc., not to mention moving money around to make the transaction work. I was awaiting instructions to transmit the deposit to hold the vehicle, but the salesman left for the day without telling me. At no time was I ever given any indication that there was any issue with me purchasing this vehicle. I was so excited because I was finally going to get my dream car! After all that, I received a text from the salesman the next morning telling me that somebody else bought the car and that I should call the general manager, Steve Johnson. The GM told me that there was another salesman who sold the car and actually claimed that he did not tell anybody at the dealership until the deal was done. Of course, that is completely impossible as salesman are always in contact with their managers throughout the entire sales process. I had even spoken to the finance manager the day before and he certainly would have been aware of any pending transactions, yet never said anything. Adding insult to injury, the GM ended with a disingenuous "we apologize for any inconvenience and have a nice day" text! Everything I have said is 100% factual and can be fully substantiated by the text exchanges I have. I had read all the negative reviews about this dealership beforehand, but decided to proceed anyway because I really wanted my dream car and this one checked all the boxes for me. To anybody else who ever considers doing business with this dealership, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. They give car dealers a bad name and that is really saying something! More
The absolute worst service we’ve ever encountered in the years we’ve owned vehicles. We were given the run around regarding repairs needed. Told one thing needed repaired however paid for an entirely differ years we’ve owned vehicles. We were given the run around regarding repairs needed. Told one thing needed repaired however paid for an entirely different piece. Quoted the wrong price before repairs. We live an hour and a half away and had to have the car towed to this location due to the proximity of the flat. I will happily spend the extra money and have the car towed to anywhere but this dealership for servicing. Absolute worst experience. If I were you run the a Other direction. More

Buyer Beware - Horrible Service! ! Went to MAG BMW to purchase a vehicle and as I was sitting down at a desk and talking numbers with a salesman, another salesman came up to the desk, ! Went to MAG BMW to purchase a vehicle and as I was sitting down at a desk and talking numbers with a salesman, another salesman came up to the desk, took the keys to the vehicle that I was there to purchase and stated that it had just been sold to another customer. It was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Additionally, there was absolutely zero empathy when I expressed how wrong it was. Completely unimpressive and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or money. More
My wife and I came looking for a new i4 eDrive40 one weekend. Many folks were looking at the M50 which had appeared on the website but was apparently already sold. There was no sticker or sign on the ve weekend. Many folks were looking at the M50 which had appeared on the website but was apparently already sold. There was no sticker or sign on the vehicle. We were ignored and after 15 minutes or so, I finally asked someone about the vehicle and received a gruff response. They ultimately let us see the vehicle, but asked if we wanted to test drive the iX because there were no i4s available. This was fine because I hadn't driven an EV before and wanted to get a feel for it. During the test, Octavio just kept talking to me about how fast the car was and showed me all of the features, I had to continuously ask if this was present on the i4 because the iX was not of interest to me, I didn't want an SUV. At one point in the test drive, he said that I should "blow by this truck, he'll be so mad". He showed us the PHEV that was on the lot. He asked if we wanted to test drive it. I said no because I was not interested in that vehicle either and the conversation abruptly ended. He gave me his card and said I should reach out if I wanted help. Never once did he ask a single question about what I was interested. Why EV? What is important to me? Why am I getting a new vehicle? Why the i4? Nothing. Maybe it was because I was up front and mentioned that I was considering other brands, Tesla, for example. The final straw was when I asked for pricing on a specific build code through text. I introduced myself and wrote a blurb to make sure he knew who I was. I have no idea whether or not he remembered me because the only response was "Sure, send code". Well, I did send the code and never received a response with pricing or even an acknowledgement that he received the code. I purchased a Polestar2 last week. If I ever have interest in a BMW again, I will not return to this dealership. More

I called to ask a service related question, but have been on hold for over 40 minutes. During this entire time, a recording keeps informing me that I am "first in line". My question regards the frequency on hold for over 40 minutes. During this entire time, a recording keeps informing me that I am "first in line".
